ACES offers a wide range of services, including equipment, facilities and professional trainers across a range of combat disciplines. There are strength & conditioning zones using nautilus equipment, boxing and fitness lessons, circuit training and group classes throughout the week.

The ACES team comprises of a select group of elite trainers, including the Midlands most respected coaches across Boxing, Mauy Thai and self protection.
